Boss is a trader that needs to be unlocked to become accessible. He buys ammo, valuables and electronics and only sells .338LM Tracer ammo. If you complete the "Cloaked in Darkness" quest provided by him you will unlock the other trade: Level 4 Plate.

Also known as the Vault Manager, he gives out Daily Quests which have small but easy to get rewards. You also can manage your vault/stash, storing items you don't want to bring into raid.

The Broker

The only trader that is in the exclusion zone, The Broker can be found in an apartment building in City-13. Has a pretty versatile and unique range of trades either if you are selling or buying. The Broker buys items for a lower price than other traders.
